The role is split between 2 main functions along with indirect involvement and responsibility towards closely related functions:

  • Responsible for managing turnover as per company growth plans.
  • Define, improve & implement project process from job booking till project completion. 
  • Monitor and supervise the project execution process to ensure completion of the job within specified time frames, in an organized and cost effective manner, in accordance with the approved design and quality standards so as to meet customer’s satisfaction. 
  • Monitor project progress against the project plan from first brief to design & delivery making sure the client is updated on the progress taking quick corrective action wherever required. 
  • Train team to provide effective customer service & ensure standard level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Monitor project quotes and analyze win, loss ratio.
  • Ensure inspection inspections are carried out and documented at each stage of the process. 
  • Overview after sales services (snagging, maintenance) as well payments to be received within defined period. 
  • Identify & take necessary action on cost variation post tender/during production. 
  • Create and implement and quality management system for projects.


  • Working independently on new accounts and with the team on existing accounts to develop a sales plan.
  • Identifying & generating new business from luxury retail and travel retail for shop fitting & joinery solutions. Use extensive network of established relationships with end user retail clients.
  • Enabling company entry into top spending retail brands and other looking for quality joinery solutions through new contact and follow-ups to receive new project enquiries.
  • Dissecting project enquiries, identifying and focusing on critical aspects to winning project pitches/tenders including attending major client meeting regarding cost justifications and negotiations.
  • Responsible for creating, developing and managing effective business relationships with existing and new customers base to achieve sales target.
  • Building business relationships, negotiating contracts and taking ownership of key accounts.
  • Participate, attend exhibitions & networking events representing company locally and globally.


  • Department wise report to board on monthly basis
  • Train and retain, to limit employee turnover and maintain healthy department.
  • Input on other departments to achieve overall objective of company.
  • Tender management – qualification and timely submission
