/Project Manager – Luxury Retail Furniture

Job Description:

·         Develop & manage projects through existing, new client contacts inluxury retail industry.

·         Complete Project management from initial discussion, written brief, design, through production, delivery & implementation.

·         Overseeing design aspect of projects for timely submission to all stakeholders

·         Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings in line with brand guidelines.

·         Able to convince clients to tender and winning projects through necessary pitch & negotiations.

·         Coordinate with production on approval of the project to complete as per committed timeline.

·         Successful delivery &/or installation of materials within the timeframe by ensuring compliance with schedules, specifications & contract requirements.

·         Sub-contractor contract and site management

·         Building strong relationship with brands to ensure repeat projects.

·         Timely submission of invoices, follow-up & collection of payment within the approved credit period with the client.


Ideal candidate should have following skill sets:

·         Must have a valid UAE Driving License.

·         Must have Architect/ Interior Design Background, preferably with experience in delivering retail projects.

·         Must have good AutoCAD knowledge.

·         Should have very good English verbal and written communication skills.

·         Should be ableto work long/flexible hours in line with industry requirements.

·         Should have “get it done’’ attitude towards project management.
