Purpose of the role:
The Setter Out is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical design and production, ensuring seamless coordination to deliver high-quality joinery and metalwork projects. This role is crucial for optimizing production workflows, managing resources effectively, and maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship in luxury retail shopfitting sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating between Technical design and production to ensure a smooth flow of the project balanced with quality and cost
Prepare, Support train, and review cutting lines and Material requests prepared by the team and to make sure Material Requests are raised in time to avoid project delays
Study technical drawings and Support the functional head in planning activities of PPO resources and making sure that the plan is accurately implemented
Lead and manage coordination with production and appropriately select hardware and materials
Internal communication for production-related issues
Managing a technical team of Jr. Setter Outs
Preparing, Updating and maintaining schedules
Drawing extraction for outsource works

Required Skills:

At least 7 years of experience in a joinery manufacturing setup, retail field preferred
Expertise in understanding detailed Technical Drawings, preparing cutting files (AutoCAD) and generating material requests
Sound knowledge of manufacturing procedures, joinery and metal materials and hardwares is a must
Experience and sound knowledge of metal-related drawings and cut lists are a must
Capability to manage a team
Essential Languages - Hindi and English
Team player, good team mentor and organization skills

Purpose of the role
A Storekeeper coordinates general warehouse operations and activities, including shipping and receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting warehouse transactions, and storing inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Check & follow up for pending materials status with purchase or supplier.
Monitor daily rack-wise regular usage of Raw materials, Client materials
Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
Maintain proper tools register for In & out, warranty, Lifetime, reorder level, repair & replacement on a timely basis.
Maintaining client materials register with all necessary supporting documents as per client wise
