Store Keeper
Purpose of the role
A Storekeeper coordinates general warehouse operations and activities, including shipping and receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting warehouse transactions, and storing inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Check & follow up for pending materials status with purchase or supplier.
- Monitor daily rack-wise regular usage of Raw materials, Client materials
- Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
- Maintain proper tools register for In & out, warranty, Lifetime, reorder level, repair & replacement on a timely basis.
- Maintaining client materials register with all necessary supporting documents as per client wise
- Report to Store Manager about slow-moving items & reorder level.
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
- To do physical verification of stock, a minimum of 100 items weekly
- Maintain attendance sheet & overtime record for store helper and send the same to HR dept.
- Export shipment coordination with Production & Logistics.
